For my breastfeeding mommas I got the perfect drink for you! As you know the dehydration is REAL and this drink really helps quench the thirst. It is great for postpartum adrenal support, fatigue and to support you while breastfeeding. It’s simple but effective!

I used a large mason jar but any large water bottle or cup will do. Add coconut water, fresh lemon juice, sea salt and maple syrup to your glass. Stir and add ice.
Ingredients:
3 ¼ C coconut water
1 lemon
½ tsp sea salt
2 tsp maple syrup
Vegan, gluten-free & refined sugar free!
