Simple. Moist. And oh so delicious! Naturally sweetened and packed with protein and fibre. These muffins are a great snack or an on the run breakfast option. A perfect pairing of comfort and satisfaction. This recipe makes a large batch so feel free to freeze half the batch and replace them as needed!

Line or grease muffin tray. Using a stand mixer or mixing bowl combine eggs, bananas, peanut butter, avocado oil, maple syrup and milk. Mix until smooth. Then add coconut sugar, sea salt, cinnamon, baking powder, almond flour, all purpose flour and rolled oats. Mix so that it is well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop mixture into muffin tins about ¾ of the cavity. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 mins. Cool and enjoy!

4 ripe bananas
1/4c peanut butter
3 tbsp avocado oil
1/2c coconut sugar
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
3/4c whole milk
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
1 3/4c almond flour
1 1/4c all purpose flour
1/14c rolled oats
1/2c chocolate chips
