A super moist and delicious banana blueberry loaf! It’s cozy season so we’re in full swing when it comes to baking in our kitchen. I kept it pretty simple with this recipe but don’t be fooled it’s your perfect, traditional banana loaf paired with fresh blueberries.

Preheat the oven to 350F. Butter a 9” by 5” loaf pan. Add all-purpose flour, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon in a medium size bowl and put aside. Using a stand up mixer add room temperature butter and cane sugar to the bowl. Mix on high for about 3 minutes so that it is well combined. Next add eggs, greek yogurt, bananas and vanilla. Mix on medium until there are no banana clumps, about another 3 minutes. Add the dry ingredients that you put aside and once again mix on medium until it’s all incorporated. Using a spatula fold in the blueberries. Add to loaf pan and put it in the preheat oven for 60 minutes.
