
Need a little healthy comfort in the morning? This smoothie is for you! It is thick, creamy, sweetened and spiced just right! I personally added the extra scoop of protein because I aim for 30-40 grams of protein per main meal. Protein first thing in the morning will keep your energy steady, boost your mood and keep you feeling safe and grounded. So when there is an option for added protein my answer is always – YES!
Using a blender add the following ingredients to it. Blend until smooth. Pour & enjoy!
Ingredients:
1C oat or almond milk
1 ½ frozen banana
1-2 tbsp
Almond butter
2 dates
Chai spice
Optional – 1 scoop of vanilla protein
Refined sugar-free, gluten-free & vegan!
