Being 32 weeks pregnant my love for coffee has once again sadly disappeared. But the craving for warm cacao elixirs has been a new treat! This creation in particular has been one of my favourites. A creamy, rich cacao mixture that is high in both iron and protein!

Blend milk, cacao powder, molasses, ginger and sea salt. Then transfer to a small pot. Turn the stove to medium heat. Just before it begins to boil, around 5 minutes transfer to a mug and add one scoop of collagen. Mix well with a spoon and enjoy!
Ingredients:
1C milk of choice – I used whole organic in milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp molasses
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Pinch of sea salt
Add 1 scoop of collagen
Refined sugar-free, gluten-free & vegan option – substitute milk for a nut milk!
