Freshly made homemade almond milk! Once you get the hang of making almond milk at home you will realize just how easy it is. Not only does it taste better it is SO much healthier than any store bought almond milk. Zero preservatives, additives, or funky ingredients. I use four simple ingredients that will create a creamy, delicious almond milk.

Measure 1 cup of almonds and transfer to a small bowl. Fill it with water so almonds are covered and let soak overnight or for at least 2-3 hours. Using a high speed blender add almonds, water, maple syrup and sea salt. Blend until almonds are very small pieces. Strain through a nut milk cloth or cheese cloth. Store in large mason jars in the fridge. Good for 4 days!

4C water
2 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp sea salt
