Happy PSL season! The air is crisp but the sun is shining. Perfect for an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte! Here is a vegan and refined sugar-free version of starbucks famous PSL.

Using a high speed blender, add almond milk (or milk of your choice) along with espresso, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Fill a glass with ice and pour pumpkin spice latte over the ice. Cheers!

1 shot espresso
1 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
1 ½ tsp pumpkin spice
½ tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
ice
