Simple, refreshing, high protein tzatziki made in under 10 mins! 5 grams of protein in a quarter cup of tzatziki making this the perfect healthy dip for the summer. I paired mine with cucumbers and pita bread as an app for my husband and I but the leftovers never went to waste. The following night we served it on top of our Greek Mediterranean bowls. It adds that extra refreshing, fresh taste to any dish. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Using a medium bowl add minced garlic, chopped onion, cucumber cut into quarters and chopped fresh dill. Mix well and then add remaining ingredients. Using a spatula make sure all ingredients are fully incorporated and mixed together. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge. Serve with veggies, pita or an addition to your main courses!

2 cloves of garlic
½ red onion chopped
3 small or 1 large cucumbers
2-3 tbsp fresh dill
2C Greek yogurt
¼ tsp sea salt
½ a lemon
