My go-to breakfast when I’m in a rush to get out the door. Packed with protein, fibre, and omega-3s! I top mine with granola, fresh fruit or nuts and seeds. Such a simple, healthy breakfast made within 10 minutes so we don’t have to complicate our busy mornings.

The night before add chia seeds and fresh or frozen raspberries to a mason jar, small container or bowl. Then put it aside. Blend milk of choice along with collagen, maple syrup, vanilla extract and raspberries until smooth. Pour into a container with chia seeds and raspberries. Mix well and store in the fridge overnight. Next morning, top with fresh fruit granola or your desired toppings.

¼ raspberries
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2C milk of choice (almond, whole cows, cashew)
1 scoop collagen
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ raspberries
Top with granola and fresh fruit
Vegan (without collagen), gluten-free & refined sugar-free!
