This recipe was born from an afternoon sweet craving and two perfectly ripened bananas sitting on my counter ready to be used. This recipe consists of just 6 simple ingredients that most will already have in your house. I made them with gluten-free oats but they can be made with regular oats as well. They are also diary-free! If you’re looking for a tasty, healthy sweet I think this recipe is perfect for you. Great for kids too!

Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a medium sized mixing bowl, add the two ripe bananas. Mash them using a fork until they are smooth with minimal clumps. Then add the remaining ingredients.
Scoop two tablespoons of dough and shape into a ball then flatten them on the baking sheet. They should be the size of two bite cookie. Continue until you use all the cookie dough. Put in the preheated oven and bake the cookies until they are slightly brown.
