A diary-free and refined sugar-free coffee creamer! My easy creamy coffee creamer is made with warming spices, coconut sugar and raw cashews. No additives or secret ingredients like your typical creamer instead just natural simple ingredients. Pairs perfectly with coffee, lattes and tea!

Soak the raw cashews in water overnight or for at least 2 hours. Once cashews are ready, strain the cashews and add all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until completely smooth (no cashew bits). Store in a mason jar in the fridge. The cashews will separate from the liquids so just give it a shake before using. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Ingredients:
2C Water
1/2C Cashews
1/4C coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp sea salt
